For our corporate finance team, we are currently seeking an experienced Controller (f/m/x). Key Responsibilities Include
  • Perform monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting
  • Focus on integrating reporting (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow including financial covenants) and budgeting for boards, investors, and lenders with the help of top-notch software (Lucanet)
  • Detect and scrutinize budget deviations
  • Conduct weekly liquidity reporting & planning
  • Calculate strategic scenarios and forecasts
  • Maintain strong ties and alignment with accounting team and other departments
  • Take responsibility for financial KYC processes (D&B etc.)
Specific Requirements
  • Financial Reporting and Analysis: Ability to prepare, analyze, and interpret financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow statement) accurately
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Experience in creating budgets, financial forecasts, and variance analysis to support decision-making processes
  • Experience with structured lending (debt / Private Equity) incl. covenant calculation/reporting would be a plus
  • University degree in Economics, Finance or in a related field
  • High level of accuracy and discretion
  • Ability to convincingly communicate with various internal and external stakeholders
  • Ideally, experience with Lucanet or other controlling software
  • Tools: Office (especially Excel), Lucanet, BI Tools
  • Daily communication mainly in German; fluent English is a must-have
